Front page 2002 

Can my website be converted to a new web design program and if so What would be the best meaning user friendly program to use

Although you can convert your web to a new web design program, the difficulity of converting it depends on what FrontPage special features you have used in your web.

The FrontPage features that will be the most work to convert are those features that use the FrontPage server extensions. Many of these features are non-standard and if you have used them it may be easier to start fresh with a new web design program.

The easiest conversion is probably going to be MS Expression Web as noted in the link above.
