server error we80.cnf

I have just successfully downloaded an FP2002 site, www.tipsandiego.org to my EW2 software and made changes. When I try to upload the changes I get a server error cannot open we80.cnf:no such file or folder. Help

Hello,
Generally that means that the Server Extensions are corrupted. You need to log into your hosting control panel and reinstall the Extensions or ask your host to.

Yes, when I browse to your site, select the IE File menu and choose Edit with FrontPage, I am NOT presented with a password prompt. This indicates the FrontPage server extensions need to be reinstalled in the web hosting control panel.
