Soulkeeper -> Question About Permision - Related to Extensions (7/3/2008 12:27:15 PM)
|
Hello everyone, First, let me apologize to the admins for posting this same question in the newbies section (since I'm not even a web designer and I'm new to all of this) and on the Extension section since is related to the same matter. I recently made this website, and I decided to put a Form on the Contact Us page. All what I have done is go online and look for tutorials in order for me to get this (and the whole website) done. Yesterday I decided to upload the website to my godaddy account. It works pretty fair the whole page except for the form. I made sure to install the FP extension, but it kept giving me an error telling me that there wasn't any extension installed. After talking to a rep. I deleted the whole website, uninstalled the FP extension and today I uploaded the website again and reinstalled the extension. Now what's happening is that when I click the submit button it prompt me for a user name and password. What the rep from godaddy told me today is that I need to go to Tools > Security > Permissions > Groups Tab > Add Everyone > Apply > OK, so that the page doesn't prompt for user/password anymore. Well, I guess that works only for FP2000 because I have 2003 and I can't get Security from Tools menu. I checked on Tools > Page Options > Authoring and there's nothing that looks like Groups or Add Everyone. Can anyone, please help me with this issue? [:(] the website is Healing Sense and the contact page is Contact Healing Sense
