What I said was to learn by using other folk's code if possible and change it to suit your needs. No program "writes code" for you, although FrontPage tried very hard to make that happen with its wizards, webbots, and extensions. Obviously that failed. DreamWeaver and Expression have "helper" applications that make writing database connections and dynamic code a little easier but you still have to work in code view to make things work the way you want them to, chaning code "by hand". The future for non-coders is the utilization of web applications that allow one to build a dynamic website using forms (content manager).
