I am not sure what your question is. That box you show is the normal Publish box that comes up asking you to login - the messages on the box are normal messages, I get that exact same box on all the websites I have when I login and can login with no problem once I put in the login and password. Are you saying that you put in the correct login and password but it keeps asking you or?? You dont actually say what the problem is.
As for recreating your site, I checked out your site and there is nothing there, not even an index page http://www.mountainhightech.com/
How did you recreate it on the live server if you cannot access via FrontPage? Did you do it via the control panel? in which case it looks like you have not got the files where they should be as nothing is there.
