lespaul00 -> RE: Preview of .aspx page in browser only displays code (6/18/2008 6:05:28 PM)

Well, I just wanted to test some code. I am used to coding with ColdFusion and Dreamweaver, but I need to try using C# and ASP.NET within FrontPage to create a simple dynamic page [&:] So, I used FrontPage's database connection wizard, and set up a test with Northwind's database. So, it sets up a few .aspx pages to test, etc. The main html page created works fine when I Preview in Browser, but whenever I click on an .aspx page link, it solely shows the code for the page. To your question: I do not know. Do I need to download IIS or something? I assume this preview is strictly just running on my localhost machine's server. Is this still necessary to display .aspx pages correctly? If so, where can I download/enable it?
