link to another site

I know there is a way to link to another site but make the user return to your site without being able to go on to another site but I can't remember how to accomplish this.

Thanks,

You can open the link in a new window and keep your site underneath.
Simply specify the target as a new page or add target="_blank" to the link like this:
<a href="http://www.yourlink.com" target="_blank">click here</a>

RE: link to another site (in reply to Al Nelson

Your solution worked great in Internet Explorer BUT it didn't work as well in Firefox. When I clicked on "CLICK HERE" it did eliminate the "back" & "forward" arrow function but when you click on "exit" you leave the internet altogether instead of going back to my site. Is there a way to redo the code to include in Firefox what happens in Internet Explorer?

I appreciate your help. Incidentally I am going to purchase the Front Page PowerEdit that you recommend on your website. Sounds like it is what I need.

User error---you closed ALL of your tabs instead of just the new window tab. It takes a while to get used to the new tabbed browsers.
