Video Plays for Some, and Doesn't Pl...

I have a problem - I use Frontpage 2003 to insert video's in my web page. It plays fine for a lot of people, but there are a number of people who can't play the video (they have high speed internet, and a PC).

I am wondering if the html code for the media player could be improved so it is more universal??? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with some suggestions that would allow most people to view the video - here is the link:

Thanks!

Well, it's Windows media player. The first assumption you make about your users is that they have this installed on their computer. I suggest you convert this to Flash since flash in installed on 99.9% of all users computers.

both users say they have Windows Media Player - they see the controls, but nothing plays.

Can they play the video if they browse directly to the .wmv file itself?

Some company firewalls block videos and ActiveX controls and like texas says, Flash is more universal. Also, some non-Microsoft browsers do not play Microsoft ActiveX controls.
