Trouble downloading .msi file as app...

Hi,

I have uploaded some Microsoft Installer files (.msi) files that are downloaded by clients off my website. I simply have the msi files within a folder of my frontpage so they basically type in the path in their address bar like such:

www.mywebpage.com/foldername/filename.msi

when they do this, the msi file is opened in their browser and shows a whole bunch of weird symbols rather than having a Run/Save dialog box appear. Anyone know how to fix this??? I believe I have to set the MIME to application/octet-stream somehow. The problem happens in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

My clients are able to easily download .exe files in the same way but for some reason the browser thinks the msi files are html or text or something!
