 Please follow these guidelines when ...

When asking for a critique of your website by including the following information your site is more likely to get critique quickly.
1) Include the link to your site.
- This may seem obvious but not everyone does it
2) State the version of FrontPage you are using
- When providing solutions it helps to know the version the webmaster is using so that solutions can be set out for that version.
3) Specific Page or section.
- If you have a specific page you want critiqued, give the exact url, "my form page under tools in the navigation", just won't cut it, because invariably the instructions given don't always lead to the right place, why make the person your asking a favour of to work harder? Make it as easy as possible.
4) Specific critique on a feature.
- If you want (for example) just the fonts critqued say that and ask for no further critique to be done - it might be your still working on the site and just want certain aspects critiqued, if you want a critique on your template - before applying it to your site state that it's just a template if the menu's don't work state that.
5) Second critique of a site.
- If you have made minor repairs to your site then continue with the same thread, it's likely then that the people that replied in the first place will continue helping you, as they may have ticked to receive an email alert when someone has posted.
If however the changes are major and it's been a week or more then you are best to request a second critique - stating 'Updated site - 2nd critique request' in the subject line. This lets the people who were helping you before, notice and hopefully come by.
By doing the above you will save others and yourself time.
