How to automatically show video on w...

New to forum and relatively new to Frontpage.

I have a single page web site that I want to display Windows Media Player files - videos for visitors to either view or download.
I have an ftp folder setup for the admin to upload new files so I was wondering if there is an automatic way to have the file automatically listed in the web page each time a new file is added?
The user would need to be able to play the file on the web page or optionally download it.

The admin could maintain a web page with the links to the new files on it and upload the revised page when they upload the new files.

Or less elegantly, if you don't have an index.htm file in the folder, a clickable list of files will show automatically.

More complicated, you could probably have a php script that would find all the files and list them automatically.
