When I upload the changed page, it shows it was successful. I have done this before several times with success. This may be because the FTP address you entered in FrontPage FTP publishing was not quite correct. You may want to try using Windows Explorer or another FTP client to take a look at the server to see if the missing file may be in the wrong location.
