What that support thing is about is called ASP.net services. http://www.asp.net/default.aspx?wwwaspnetrdirset=1 If you do a search there is even some Free ASP.net services available, Limited maybe, but available. For a fee there are even greater options. Depends on what you really need to do with it, but there are ways to get what you are after.
