Statute of Limitations Gives New Rights to Home Owners

Brunswick Meadows Home-Owners Association (HOA) has lost their fight against a local resident in Texas determined to keep his security doors.

Last year, the HOA demanded 57 year old resident Charles Babineaux remove the security bars from the entrance to his home. In the letter, the HOA claimed that he had breached the conditions of the housing estate and was sending a bad message to prospective tenants in the area.
